Vic: Bracks says claims of union thuggery a cop-out =2

A spokeswoman for Mr Bracks later confirmed the premier was still a member of the AMWU,
but said he was unfinancial.

But the spokeswoman said Mr Bracks' union membership was not relevant to the issue.

She said Dr Napthine's calls for Mr Bracks to intervene were also irrelevant, as the
dispute was a federal issue centred in New South Wales.
