FED: Sacked workers likely to get full entitlements
SYDNEY, Feb 22 AAP - A meeting of creditors today is expected to agree to an arrangement
under which sacked Hunter Valley textile workers will receive 100 per cent of their $11
million in owed entitlements.
National Textiles creditors were to take a final vote on whether to go ahead with a
deed of company arrangement.
The agreement was reached a week ago between the two main creditors, Scottish Pacific
Fund and Oltex, and despite last-minute wrangling both parties have agreed to vote in
