LaSerre's hometown chef displays his travelwares
Michael Cunningham, executive chef at LaSerre (14 Green St., Albany), has a few things cooking. He's whipped up a quarterly menu change -- and will serve some of the new items to friends and family when he and Kathleen Kartner get married later this month.
In the mood for such delicacies as truffle mousse pate, crab cakes with lemon grass buerre blanc, seared salmon with shittake mushroom relish and tangerine ponzu, or a classic veal Oscar with the requisite asparagus, king crab and an armagnac glace?
